A restaurant serving regional cuisine, it specialises in grilled meat and fish cooked over charcoal, emphasising simplicity in preparation and respecting the originality of flavours.
At Restaurante Carloto, prices have always been the same, a philosophy that it maintains to this day, which is particularly welcome for younger diners.
