Leiria Fun Run is back!
If you want fun, music, animation and color, lots of color, this is the event for you!
On September 24th, Leiria Fun Run will take you through the streets of the city under a colorful mantle that will challenge your adrenaline levels.
Besides the colorful baths, we have for you the freshness of a foam tunnel, the perdition of a giant tent full of surprises, inflatables for the most fearless and the best music in the final party.
We are counting on your contagious joy and happiness, whether you are running, walking, crawling, horse-riding, hopping, backwards or flippers.
Bring your family and friends and you’ll see that what matters is that you have a great time.

Each adult can only register up to a maximum of 2 non-paying children.
> Besides the animation, we have a Fun Runner Kit for you.
> You can take with you 1 bag, 1 technical t-shirt, 1 numbered dorsal, 1 bag of powder, 1 bottle of water, 1 pair of glasses and access to the final party.
>You can pick up your kit at the National Launch Center (access through the Almuinha Grande Garden), on September 23, between 10am and 7pm, and on the day of the event, between 10am and 3:30pm.
> To pick up the Fun Runner Kit, you must present a valid ticket.
> You can pick up the kits of your friends or group members, as long as you bring all valid tickets.
PROGRAM 10am | Secretariat Opening 2pm | Opening of the event 3:30pm | Alignment of participants for the start 4pm | First start (the starts will be done in waves of 1,000 Fun Runners every 15 minutes) 5pm | Last start and start of the Party, at the National Launching Center 8pm | End of the Party
> There will be parking lots, but traffic can get complicated. Look for information about the best places to leave your car and where the traffic will be restricted.
> The departure is at the Euro Avenue Bridge Board and will take place punctually at 4pm.
> Make sure your dorsal is well placed and visible on the front or back of your t-shirt. Without it, you won’t be able to be identified as a Fun Runner or pass the 2 access controls (race and final party).
> If you have physical difficulties or any problem with the dust, contact someone from the Staff at the Color Stations or on the course.
> Arrive early early to the event. Plan time to park, stretch, laugh, and meet new friends.
> The event does not have a closet. Leave your coats and bags at home or in the car, take only the essentials.
> If you go by car, take towels to protect the seats from dust and in case you get wet.
> Go for casual and don’t show up with a fancy dress code.
> A good shower cleans up most of the color. If you have more sensitive, long or streaked hair, protect it using, for example, coconut oil or similar.
> If you carry a stroller, keep it on the right side during the ride.
> If you are worried about dust, we advise you to take glasses and/or a mask.
> The Leiria Fun Run is not timed, so it’s not worth getting in the way of anyone. But if you prefer to run, overtake on the left.
> Cooperate and follow the instructions of the organization, volunteers and authorities.
> There will be bins at each Color Station and at the Final Party to put your water bottle and any other trash you may have.
> There will be food and drink for sale. As the event goes on with lots of entertainment, please come prepared with money.
> Above all, we ask that you be friendly and respectful and have a great time.
