Welcome to PR4 Source of the River Lis Route!

This is one of our most sought after routes and it’s no wonder.

Source of the River Lis, Alto da Maunça, Serra da Senhora do Monte are some of the points of interest.

The trail starts at Fontes Church, in Cortes, and all technical information is available on the trail page.

To join us, you should fill out the registration form available on the Leiria European City of Sport website, because the number of participants is limited.

To avoid crowds, we will not be providing supplies for the moment, so we recommend that you equip yourself with water and light food, such as an apple.

The start for the course will be done by groups, which will be organized in order of arrival.

Follow our Recommendations and the directions given on site and your route will be perfectly safe.
